Are you a driven Recruitment Consultant with around a year of agency recruitment experience and ready to take your career to the next level?
We're hiring Recruitment Consultants across London to join award-winning recruitment agencies through Programme One.
These are delivery-focused recruitment roles where you'll work on live vacancies passed to you by the wider team, giving you the opportunity to build your recruitment expertise, develop your own network and progress towards becoming a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant.
You'll also gain hands-on business development experience from day one, ensuring you're building the commercial skills you'll need to progress into a Senior Consultant role and eventually win your own business.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Work on live vacancies and roles passed to you by the wider team
- Source, screen and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and your own network
- Build strong candidate relationships and develop your market knowledge
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial conversation through to offer
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews and client meetings
- Work closely with senior team members to deliver against client requirements
- Manage KPIs, targets, pipelines and candidate activity
- Develop your understanding of your specialist market
- Build your business development skills through cold calling, networking, email and LinkedIn
- Begin developing your own client and candidate network
The aim is to give you the experience and support to move from delivery-focused recruitment into a fully-fledged 360 consultant, with a clear pathway towards Senior Consultant.

We're looking for Recruitment Consultants with approximately 6-18 months' agency recruitment experience who are ready for their next step.
You don't need to be an expert 360 consultant yet. What's important is that you have a solid foundation in recruitment and are ready to develop into a more commercially focused consultant.
