WE’RE BUILDING SOMETHING NEW IN MANCHESTER.
SPG Resourcing is expanding, and we’re building our Manchester office and US Deep Technology division from the ground up.
We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with 6 months - 2 years’ experience who want the opportunity to get in early, build their own market and grow alongside the division.
📍 Manchester City Centre Office
💰 Competitive salary + uncapped commission
The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside our new Divisional Director, who is leading the build-out of the Manchester division, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Technology and adjacent specialist markets across the US.
This isn’t about inheriting someone else’s desk.
It’s an opportunity to help build an office and division from the beginning, develop your own market and have genuine scope to progress as we grow.

Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have 6 months - 2 years’ recruitment experience, with exposure to the US technology market, AI, ML, Deep Tech or an adjacent specialist market.
We want someone ambitious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build rather than inherit.
