Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for DBS-cleared catering and hospitality staff, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and conducting interviews. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, taking detailed job briefs, and matching suitable candidates to specific assignments. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment systems, coordinating compliance checks such as DBS clearances, and ensuring accurate documentation. The consultant will also contribute to business development through client outreach, attending meetings, and supporting growth initiatives within the safeguarding recruitment market.

  • Candidates ideally possess skills in Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes and build talent pipelines.
  • Consulting and Communication skills to advise clients, understand role requirements, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability, evaluate experience, and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
  • Experience in hospitality or catering recruitment, or in safeguarding/compliance-focused roles, is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously are important.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and using recruitment or CRM software is preferred.
  • A relevant qualification or experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is advantageous.
