Job Purpose
The purpose of the Recruitment Consultant is to build, grow and maintain strong client relationships while recruiting the best talent in your given niche. This role requires a balance of commercial focus, relationship building, and high-quality service delivery, ensuring clients and candidates receive a consistent, responsive and reliable recruitment experience.
