£28,000 - £35,000 pa + uncapped commission
Job Description
The Accountancy & Finance team in our Camberley office specialises in recruiting finance professionals across a broad range of disciplines and experience levels. Supporting businesses throughout the region, we provide expert recruitment solutions for permanent, temporary, and contract positions, helping organisations secure the talent they need while supporting candidates in their career development.
This is the perfect role if you:

What you’ll be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, including:
- Building strong business relationships through strategic B2B development (calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach)
- Sourcing talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & networking
- Managing vacancies from briefing to placement
- Matching and prepping candidates for interviews
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face
