The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering division.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement.
- Building and developing long-term relationships with engineering clients across key sectors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and winning new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality engineering professionals across multiple technical disciplines.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiating offers and managing the placement process from start to finish.
- Delivering a first-class candidate and client experience every step of the way.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, technical, construction, infrastructure, or industrial markets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for developing business opportunities.
- A motivated, target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.
- Confidence negotiating and influencing at all levels.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and building long-term partnerships.
