Principal Recruitment Consultant
Carbon60 (part of Impellam/Headfirst Group) | based Whiteley, Fareham
Basic up to 40k + bonus

We're looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant who wants more than just another desk. Someone who wants to become a recognised market expert, build meaningful client partnerships and play a key role in the growth of a business that's investing heavily in the future.
Our focus is on the sectors that keep businesses, infrastructure and communities operating markets where talent is scarce, expertise matters and relationships are everything. From Aerospace & Defence, Advanced Engineering and Critical infrastructure and specialist disciplines, we're building teams that are genuine market leaders.

Who We're Looking For
You'll have a proven track record in 360 agency recruitment, with experience building and growing a successful permanent, contract and/or temporary desk. We're open to sector backgrounds, what matters most is your ability to win new business, develop lasting client relationships and deliver results.
You'll be someone who:
- Has a strong track record of generating new business and growing revenue
- Enjoys building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Is motivated by becoming a genuine market expert rather than simply filling roles
- Wants the freedom and autonomy to develop and shape their own market
- Sees leadership as a natural next step in their career and is keen to progress into a future management role
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where they can make a real impact
