Recruitment Consultant – Private Equity Finance Recruitment - Manchester City Centre
An ambitious and high-growth executive search firm specialising in finance and accountancy recruitment is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join its expanding team in Manchester.
Operating exclusively across the UK market, the business partners with high-growth, private equity and venture capital-backed organisations, supporting appointments from newly qualified finance professionals through to CFO and C-suite level hires. The firm has built a strong reputation within the private equity space and works with some of the most impressive and commercially ambitious businesses in the market.
The business has developed a highly consultative and relationship-led model, with approximately 80% of assignments delivered on a retained basis — allowing consultants to operate strategically, build deeper client partnerships and work on genuinely high-value mandates.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a modern executive search business that combines traditional relationship-building with a highly data-driven approach to recruitment. The team is currently developing an innovative intelligence and data platform designed to provide candidates and clients with unique market insight and further differentiate the business within the finance recruitment space.

The Ideal Background
The business is looking for ambitious recruiters who:
- Have previous recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, finance or executive search
