The role:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while working alongside experienced consultants who will support your development.
You'll become a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, helping businesses hire exceptional people while changing careers and lives along the way.

Every day is different. You'll be speaking with candidates, building new client relationships, negotiating offers and becoming an expert within your specialist market.
What you'll be doing:
- Building relationships with candidates and understanding their career aspirations.
- Sourcing high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and referrals.
- Writing engaging job adverts and candidate outreach campaigns.
- Speaking with candidates, conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive business development.
- Building long-term partnerships with clients across the UK.
- Managing the interview and offer process from start to finish.
- Negotiating salaries and offers between clients and candidates.
- Becoming a specialist within your chosen technology market.
- Working towards personal and team performance targets while earning uncapped commission.

About You:
We're looking for ambitious people with the right attitude rather than extensive recruitment experience.
You might be a graduate, or you may already have experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, business development or another commercially focused role.
You'll ideally have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident and professional approach.
- A competitive mindset and ambition to succeed.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in business.
