Recruitment Consultant – Remote
Location: Remote, UK
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: £28,000–£40,000 + commission, depending on experience
About the Role
Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment team on a remote basis.
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing vacancies, building relationships with clients and candidates, and supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
This opportunity would suit an experienced recruitment consultant, recruitment resourcer, or candidate-focused professional looking for flexible remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates against job requirements
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Develop relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs
- Write and advertise job vacancies
- Arrange interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the placement process
- Work towards individual and team recruitment targets

About You
- Previous recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking with candidates and clients
- Good understanding of the recruitment process
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment systems
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Target-driven and commercially aware
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional and persistent approach
