What is on Offer: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28,000 basic salary, increasing to £32,000 after just six months
- Year 1 OTE of up to £55,000
- Year 2 OTE of £60k+
- Year 2 OTE of £70k+

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained across the entire recruitment process while working alongside experienced consultants from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:

Client Engagement
- Attending client meetings to understand hiring requirements and company culture
- Supporting clients in refining job specifications and identifying ideal candidate profiles
- Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming a trusted recruitment partner

Market Intelligence
- Researching markets to identify new business opportunities and top talent
- Staying up to date with trends across the technology sector
- Mapping competitors and developing specialist market knowledge

- Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from initial conversation through to offer acceptance
- Negotiating salaries and offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Who We Are Looking For: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
