About the Role
Working within our Work with York brand, supplier of public sector temporary, interim and casual staff, as an experienced recruiter you'll be responsible for a wide spectrum of roles in key client departments.
Supported by our back-office team, you’ll manage the whole recruitment process from advising client managers, taking their brief, drafting adverts, sourcing and interviewing candidates, placement and follow up.
Working full-time, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll thrive on developing partnerships and providing a quality service to clients and candidates alike.

In line with company and client policies & procedures, operational KPI’s, SLA’s and APSCo’s Code of Conduct, you’ll ensure that all compliance and statutory requirements are met, client and candidate expectations are managed and activity is logged on the CRM.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Recruitment experience.
- Excellent account management skills.
- Experience in a busy environment and meeting deadlines
- Highly organised and self motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to customer focused service delivery at a high level
- Active sourcing and qualification of candidates
- Excellent IT skills
- Team player
