Experienced in construction recruitment? Fancy the flexibility of a remote-first role while still having a base to touch down at once a week?
At Ping-HR, we're partnering with a well-established construction recruitment agency looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to their Trades & Labour team. You'll work remotely for the majority of the week, with just one day required in the Aylesbury office.
The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment cycle within the trades and labour space:

- Business development to build and grow your client portfolio across London, Herts, and Reading
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
- Sourcing, screening, and placing trades and labour candidates
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating rates and offers, and managing the process start to finish
- Working towards individual revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience recruiting within construction, ideally trades and labour
- Confidence building a client base across London and the surrounding Herts/Reading area
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely with the self-discipline to manage your own desk
- A motivated, target-driven approach
