Recruitment Consultant (360) Stoke on Trent
Monday - Friday £30,000 plus uncapped commission

At Xpert Recruitment, we're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Whilst we're proudly entering our 10th year in business, we genuinely believe we've only just scratched the surface of what's possible. The Role
This is a true 360 recruitment role where you'll take ownership of your own desk and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Managing and growing your own recruitment desk
- Taking detailed recruitment briefs and understanding client needs
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates
- Coordinating interviews and negotiating offers
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Providing a consultative and professional service to both clients and candidates
- Working towards individual and team targets
This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to build something of your own within a supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous 360 recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting within the commercial sector
- A proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload
- A driven, self-motivated, and ambitious approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a growing business
