We’re looking for 360 Perm Recruitment Consultants to join our bubbly, mighty team in central Bristol.
💸 £28k-35k base + uncapped comms up to 50%
The Engage Partnership specialises in technology and transformation recruitment across the UK and Europe, and we’re currently expanding the business transformation side of our team.
We partner with fast-growth scale-ups, global consultancies and enterprise organisations to deliver hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.
Whilst we’re growing our contract side of the business, we’re looking for the perm counterparts 💻

- Identify and approach high-quality professionals within your niche market
- Conduct detailed screening and qualification calls
- Proactively approach new businesses through outreach
- Develop and build on relationships with hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish

- 80k yearly billings = 16k comms a year
- 100k yearly billings = 20k comms a year
- 120k yearly billings = 24k comms a year
- 140k yearly billings = 35k comms a year
- 180k yearly billings = £54k comms a year
- 250k yearly billings = £89k comms a year
