What you’ll do:

  • Grow new and existing client relationships through proactive business development and networking
  • Build and nurture a strong candidate network within your specialist market
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle; from taking briefs and sourcing talent, to negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates
  • Identify new opportunities to grow your desk and make a positive impact on the team’s success
  • Work closely with supportive colleagues who celebrate each other’s achievements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment (open to all sectors) - but we also welcome applications from graduates and trainees who are eager to start their recruitment careers.
  • Confidence in business development and fostering lasting client partnerships
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for teamwork
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious environment
