Are you a people-person with a passion for building relationships and driving results? Grafton Recruitment, part of Gi Group – one of the world’s leading recruitment groups – is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, high-performing team in Leeds.

What you’ll do:
- Grow new and existing client relationships through proactive business development and networking
- Build and nurture a strong candidate network within your specialist market
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle; from taking briefs and sourcing talent, to negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates
- Identify new opportunities to grow your desk and make a positive impact on the team’s success
- Work closely with supportive colleagues who celebrate each other’s achievements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment (open to all sectors) - but we also welcome applications from graduates and trainees who are eager to start their recruitment careers.
- Confidence in business development and fostering lasting client partnerships
- Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for teamwork
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious environment
