⚖️ Legal Recruitment Opportunity

📍 Birmingham or London flexibility

We are working with a small, specialist legal recruitment and advisory business that is entering a really exciting stage of growth.

This is not your standard legal recruitment role. The business has a strong reputation across senior legal search, with a particular focus on partner level recruitment, retained mandates, exclusive assignments, succession planning, law firm growth, and strategic advisory work.

They are now looking to add a legal recruiter to the team who wants to move into higher value, more senior search work.

This could suit someone who is: ✅ 1 to 2 years into legal recruitment ✅ Already billing and looking for a stronger platform ✅ Working lower value associate work and wanting to move into partner level search ✅ Strong on candidate generation, headhunting, and relationship building ✅ Not necessarily obsessed with cold BD ✅ Ambitious, commercial, and keen to learn proper senior legal search

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
