Recruitment Consultant – Warehouse Automation & Robotics
Location: Manchester City Centre
Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for automation, robotics, and cutting-edge warehouse technology?
We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing specialist team focused on the Warehouse Automation & Robotics market. This is an opportunity to build relationships with some of the most innovative businesses in intralogistics, material handling, warehouse automation, robotics, AMRs, AGVs, conveyor systems, and automation software.
The market is growing rapidly, with increasing investment across e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, making this an exciting desk with significant earning potential and long-term career progression.
The role
You will take ownership of a specialist market, working with clients across the UK and international markets to recruit high-calibre talent across technical and commercial functions. Typical roles include:

You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, sourcing candidates, negotiating offers, and becoming a recognised expert within the warehouse automation and robotics sector.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- A track record of business development and client relationship management
- Experience recruiting within automation, robotics, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related technical sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, ambitious, and commercially driven mindset
