360 Recruitment Consultant
South Manchester | £25,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Safer Hand Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful recruitment business in South Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, target-driven individual to join a thriving team operating within a fantastic market where the sky really is the limit.
Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a strong sales background, our client is open to speaking with motivated professionals who are passionate about building relationships, winning business, and earning exceptional commission.

The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients
- Managing and growing existing customer relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
- Working towards achievable targets with exceptional earning potential
- Building a strong presence within your specialist market
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Recruitment Experience Is Advantageous But Not Essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- A desire to succeed and maximise earnings
