Recruitment Consultant - Legal or Property & Construction 📍 Bristol | 💰 £27,500 - £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus | 🏡 Hybrid Working

Reed Bristol is hiring for two exciting Recruitment Consultant opportunities within our established Legal and Property & Construction divisions. Whether you're passionate about professional services recruitment or thrive in a fast-paced built environment market, we have an opportunity that could be the perfect fit.
Joining one of Bristol's high performing teams, you'll have the opportunity to build long term client relationships, develop your own specialist market, and enjoy uncapped earning potential alongside industry leading training and support.
What's the Opportunity?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and sourcing high-quality candidates for permanent opportunities.
Legal Division
- Recruiting legal professionals into in house and private practice opportunities
- Building relationships with law firms and legal teams across the region
- Developing a specialist market within a well-established and respected desk

Property & Construction Division
- Recruiting white collar professionals into the Social Housing and Property & Construction sectors
- Partnering with housing providers, contractors, and property organisations
- Building a network of skilled professionals within a growing market
What You'll Be Doing
Growing Your Client Base
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Winning new business through sales activity, networking, and referrals
- Providing consultative recruitment solutions and market insight
- Growing your specialist market and developing long term partnerships
Finding and Engaging Talent
- Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing professional candidates
- Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple sourcing channels
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout
