Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in Watford. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare clients, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing requirements and provide consultative hiring support. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Recruitment Consultant will also track recruitment activity, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and contribute to improving recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting, with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
  • Strong Consulting abilities, including advising clients on hiring needs, market trends, and talent strategies.
  • Proficiency in Interviewing candidates, assessing suitability, and providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience or strong interest in healthcare recruitment or professional services recruitment is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate care.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
