We're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our Birmingham team, with opportunities within the Accountancy recruitment market.
Whether you're an experienced recruiter or have a successful sales background, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses.
You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team in a modern Birmingham office (right next to the train station), with the autonomy to shape your desk and maximise your earnings in a high-demand market.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a permanent Accountancy & Finance desk, recruiting across roles such as:

This is a full 360 role where you will:
- Build and grow your own client base
- Win new business and develop existing accounts
- Become a market specialist across Birmingham and wider B postcodes
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment (or a similar vertical)
- Confidence with business development and winning new clients
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, driven and resilient mindset
- Someone who wants ownership, growth, and strong earning potential
