Recruitment Consultant: IT Contract & Permanent | Surrey
Loftus Associates is recruiting on behalf of an established recruitment agency in Surrey, which is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to place IT professionals across the UK on both contract and permanent assignments.
The role
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from taking the brief and sourcing through to interview, offer and placement
- Place IT professionals into contract and permanent roles across the UK
- Win new clients and grow existing accounts through proactive business development
- Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates and hiring managers
- Advise clients and candidates on market conditions, rates and salaries

About you
- Proven experience placing IT professionals in the UK market, on both contract and permanent
- Business development experience: you're comfortable opening doors, winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- A consultative approach, with the credibility to hold your own with senior hiring managers
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven by results

What's on offer
- Basic salary of £35,000-£40,000
- First-year OTE of circa £70,000
- Hybrid working, with 4 days a week in the office in Surrey
