Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with 1–2 years of experience looking for the next step in your career?

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market and continue developing your 360° recruitment career, including:

  • Building and developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through to placement
  • Business development and winning new client partnerships
  • Identifying and engaging top talent across specialist technology markets
  • Managing interviews, offers, and candidate processes
  • Negotiating contracts and placements
  • Developing your own specialist market and personal brand
  • Working towards clear billing and career progression goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has already built strong foundations in recruitment and is ready to continue growing. You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • Currently working as a Recruitment Consultant with 1–2 years of experience
  • Commercially minded and motivated by success
  • Confident building relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable and eager to continue developing your skills
  • Motivated by financial rewards and career progression
  • Positive, energetic, and ambitious

Experience within technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential. We're interested in speaking with high-performing consultants from a range of recruitment backgrounds.
