Accelerate your career as a Recruitment Consultant
We’re looking for a recruiter to join our London Team, focusing in one of our brands; Real Staffing, Global Enterprise Partners or Huxley. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of a market, grow their own business, and drive real impact in the STEM space.
You will:
- Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle (360) within your specialism
- Deliver high-impact talent solutions to clients in Tech, Banking, Life Sciences and Education Sectors
- Drive revenue growth and consistently outperform targets

Make an impact. Get recognised
Starting base salary: £31,000 - £42,000
- Uncapped commission (no threshold, no cap)
- Performance bonuses and incentives

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role.
In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets. Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
