Recruitment Support Officer / Delivery Consultant

Salary: Negotiable DoE + Competitive Commission Structure
Location: Thatcham | Hybrid
Position: Permanent

Your New Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Support Officer / Delivery Consultant to join the R3vamp Recruitment team. This is a varied role sitting at the heart of our recruitment delivery function, supporting our consultants while taking ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, administration and the smooth running of our recruitment processes. You’ll be working across a variety of permanent and temporary vacancies, identifying quality candidates, managing candidate journeys and ensuring our clients receive a consistently high level of service.

Ensuring Your Success

You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, job boards and our internal database, conducting initial telephone screens, qualifying candidates and preparing them for submission and interview. You’ll also manage interview arrangements, candidate and client communication, CV formatting, database updates and general recruitment administration. Attention to detail and process control will be essential, as you’ll need to keep on top of multiple vacancies, candidates and deadlines while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. We’re looking for someone organised, resilient and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to find the right people for our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

We’re open to professionals from all backgrounds, even better if you have recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service or sales experience. Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but isn't essential if you can demonstrate strong organisation, communication and a proactive approach. You’ll need to be confident speaking to candidates, comfortable using multiple systems and able to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, responds well to feedback and is motivated by delivering high-quality candidates and a great service, rather than simply completing tasks.
