Oliver James is growing, and we're hiring ambitious Recruitment Consultants or Sales Consultants to join our Manchester HQ in Spinningfields.
Whether you're already working in recruitment or you're a proven sales professional looking to break into the industry, this is an opportunity to build a highly rewarding career with a business that's continuing to scale across the UK, Europe and the US.
Our Manchester office is home to some of the highest-performing consultants in the business, with opportunities across both Contract and Permanent markets. You'll be surrounded by experienced leaders, industry experts and a team that knows how to win.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a 270 or 360 recruitment desk with full ownership of your market
- Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Sourcing and placing top talent across specialist markets
- Becoming a genuine market expert within your chosen sector
- Working alongside some of the top performers in the recruitment industry

Who We're Looking For
- Recruiters with 12+ months' experience who are looking to accelerate their career
- OR ambitious sales professionals who can demonstrate a strong track record of hitting targets and building relationships
- Commercially minded, competitive and driven by results
- Confident communicators who thrive in a fast-paced environment
