  • Write and post job adverts across relevant attraction channels.
  • Partner with stakeholders on internal mobility and succession planning initiatives.
  • Produce candidate briefing packs for senior appointments where required.
  • Manage agency relationships and external search partners when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and support diversity-focused recruitment initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
