Recruitment Consultant - Chelmsford Office, UKUS Division

Due to an increased volume of Artificial Intelligence hiring needs, our Director Richard Stevenson, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support the growth of the Artificial Intelligence division, specifically within the UKUS division!
This is a really exciting opportunity, as it is a completely HOT desk within our Quantum space, so there are vacancies there ready for you to work ASAP!

- Hours 12pm - 9:30pm (With a 6:30pm finish on a Friday!)

What Are We Looking For?
- Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
- Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient mathematical capability
- Eloquent phone manner
What Are Your Responsibilities?
- Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across the AI/Tech/Pharmaceutical sector
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
