IPS Finance is a high performing division of an international professional services recruitment group. We are looking for a recruitment consultant to take on a 360 role in our professional practice division, recruiting at all levels for both national and regional accountancy firms.

The role will be varied, working closely with clients and candidates to develop robust relationships and uncover new opportunities on which you can deliver.

This is all about having the skills to engage, build trust, ask good questions and then apply what you hear to the benefit of the candidates and clients you are working with. Generating repeat business and recommendations as a result.
