About Us
We’re a independent recruitment company founded by two recruiters with over 30 years’ combined experience across the UK market.
We recruit across Cyber Security, Software Engineering, IT Support & Infrastructure and Engineering & Manufacturing, working with businesses ranging from growing SMEs through to established organisations.
Having built 4Square over the last three years, we’re now at the stage where we want to bring another recruiter into the business to help us grow.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who already understands recruitment and wants the freedom to build their own desk without being heavily restricted by location, sector or endless KPIs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideally, you’ll have experience within agency recruitment and be comfortable with both candidate sourcing and business development.
This isn’t a heavily corporate environment. You’ll be trusted to manage your own desk, given the tools and support you need, and rewarded properly for the business you generate.
If you’re an experienced recruiter who wants more autonomy, better earning potential and the opportunity to join a growing independent agency at an early stage, we’d like to hear from you.
