At Darwin Recruitment, we're hiring experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our specialist STEM teams in Billericay.
We're looking for experienced recruiters who want better markets, better earning potential and a clear opportunity to progress.

We're headquartered in Billericay, Essex, with offices in Leeds, Amsterdam and Umhlanga, and we're continuing to grow.
The important bit? You won't be starting from zero. You'll be joining established teams, working established markets, with live opportunities and experienced consultants around you. You'll have the support around you to get on with what you do best winning business, building relationships and making money.

- US Perm – Semiconductors
- US Perm – AI Hardware
- US Perm - Quantum Computing
- US Perm - Maritime
- US Perm - Industrial Engineering
- US Contracts – Data Centres
- EU Perm - Industrial Engineering Sales
- EU Perm - Project Development

US HOURS - M-T 12-9pm & F 10am-5pm
EU HOURS - M-T 8-5:30pm & F 8-5pm
These are specialist, high-value markets with strong demand and plenty of room to build your own desk, network and reputation.
What you'll be doing
You'll have ownership of your own 360 desk, including:
- Winning new business and developing existing clients
- Building and managing your candidate network
- Taking vacancies from brief through to placement
- Developing long-term client and candidate relationships
- Negotiating fees and commercial terms
- Growing your own specialist market
- Taking responsibility for your own billing and progression
You'll also have dedicated candidate delivery and sourcing support around you, meaning you can spend more of your time doing what experienced 360 consultants should be doing, speaking to clients, winning work and making placements.
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who already know recruitment and want their next move to actually be a step forward.
Ideally, you'll have:
- 2+ years' 360 recruitment experience
- A track record of winning business and making placements
- Confidence speaking to clients and candidates at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness
- The drive to build and grow your own desk
- Ambition to earn well and progress your career
- An interest in specialist STEM markets
