Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruitment / Business Development
📍 Remote / Hybrid
💰 Strong earning potential + progression
We’re growing at MJA and looking for someone hungry, driven and ambitious to join the team.
This is not a job for someone who just wants to “manage a few roles”.
We want someone who wants to build a market, win clients, develop relationships and genuinely make money.
You’ll be involved in full 360 recruitment:
- Business development
- Winning new clients
- Building long-term relationships
- Candidate delivery
- Headhunting
- Managing live processes
- Growing your own market and desk
