Recruitment Consultant

£65K OTE Commission Up To 30%

At Get Recruited, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys winning business, building relationships and helping clients find the right people.

We're a small, established recruitment business based in Ancoats, Manchester, working with clients across the UK in Insurance, Finance & Accounts, Marketing & Digital, Commercial, and Manufacturing & Engineering.

As we grow, we're looking for ambitious recruiters who want to develop their expertise, increase their earnings and progress with us.

The Opportunity:

  • Manage the full recruitment process within a specialist market, developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts and building a strong candidate network.
  • Understand the businesses you work with, advise clients on their hiring needs and support candidates through their next career move.
  • Work closely with our leadership team, with opportunities to contribute ideas and take on greater responsibility as you develop.

What You Can Expect:

About You:

  • At least six months' experience in a 360 recruitment role within an agency.
  • Confidence in developing new business and building client relationships.
  • Curiosity about your market and motivation to develop your commercial skills.
  • Pride in your service, follow through on commitments and take ownership of your results.
  • Experience in one of our markets would be useful, but we're open to recruiters looking to transfer specialisms.
