We have 2 Ace roles for Duval Associates - A boutique, small, results orientated consultancy.

Permanent Recruitment Specialist

A quality 1st role, a quality approach - great people - great solutions.

Role 1: Proactive Delivery Consultant

  • Working on existing permanent roles between 30K and 100K salaries - UK wide - Variety!

Role 2: 360 Consultant

  • Focussing on Tech companies in the US or UK.
  • We have the data, the numbers, the CRM, we just need you to get on that bike!

Responsibilities:

  • Source for varied and interesting clients across permanent roles including:
    • Sales & Marketing
    • Accounts & Finance
    • Technical Ops / Engineering

Work Setup:

  • Home based / Remote - Mint Team!

Schedule:

  • Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday.

Compensation:

  • Negotiable Salary (DOE) - package - holidays and more

You need:

  • Good commercial, permanent recruitment experience and be a wizard on LinkedIn and standard job boards!
  • No KPI Targets, just do the right thing to work to the needs of the client and deliver the solution. Fill the job! Huge focus on quality and understanding clients and candidate drivers! We consult, advise, provide solutions.
  • We do not do Temp or contracts recruitment or spam or low quality or KPIs
  • Work from Home! Personality and Recruitment experience essential!!!

The Role:

  • Genuinely 'consult’ with the client and candidate
  • Understand the client's brief given to you by the Recruitment Director, ask questions, do research, understand the client’s business, be able to sell this to the candidate.
  • Resourcing candidates from all sectors in various roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Qualify candidates, create fantastic supporting notes and manage client and candidate expectations!
  • Manage several accounts, new and historical as you get more experience.
  • Provide market information, salary and role feedback for the client as required.
  • Work as part of a passionate team who support each other.
