About Us

Network Talent partners with some of the most exciting brands across the technology sector, helping them build high-performing B2B sales teams across the UK, US and Europe.

We are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying, sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for a range of sales positions.

Alongside recruitment responsibilities, the role will involve providing general administrative and operational support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This position offers comprehensive training and a clear pathway to progress into a full 360 recruitment role.

The successful candidate will benefit from structured training, ongoing development and the flexibility to work remotely, with attendance at our Surrey office required once every fortnight.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, our CRM database, referrals and other recruitment channels
  • Use advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches, to identify relevant sales talent
  • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates
  • Support the growth of the Network Talent brand across social media channels
  • Assist the sales team with CRM and database administration
  • Ensure candidate and client information is accurately maintained within the CRM
  • Produce targeted candidate lists for the sales team when required
  • Support the sales team with invoices, customer presentations and emails
  • Assist with general administrative tasks across the business
  • Help maintain and update the Network Talent website

What We're Looking For

  • An ambitious graduate looking to build a successful career in recruitment
  • Highly organised, personable and coachable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong spelling and grammar
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • A genuine interest in recruitment, people and building relationships
  • Able to commute to our Surrey office once every fortnight
