Finance & Accountancy Recruitment Consultant Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a warm desk and a genuinely supportive team? Perhaps you have a strong sales background and the drive to build a successful career in recruitment. Wade Macdonald is looking for a 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our established Accountancy & Finance team.
The Role You will manage the complete recruitment process, developing relationships with clients and supporting finance professionals throughout their careers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Winning and managing recruitment assignments
- Sourcing, interviewing, and representing candidates
- Writing adverts and using job boards, LinkedIn, and our established database
- Managing offers, negotiations, and aftercare
- Building your reputation within the Thames Valley finance market

This is a warm desk with established relationships, but we are looking for someone who also enjoys business development and wants to grow it further.
About You You may already be a successful 360° recruiter, ideally within Finance and Accountancy, or an ambitious customer-facing sales professional ready to learn. You will need to be confident, resilient, personable, and commercially minded. Most importantly, you will care about delivering an honest, high-quality service and be prepared to go the extra mile.
