Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Tech Sector
Location: Central London
Base Salary: £28k
Commission: No threshold, up to 40%
I’m exclusively partnered with a high-performing FinTech recruitment firm that places top tech talent into some of the UK and US financial markets’ biggest players. You’ll be trained by senior consultants billing £700k+ per year, giving you the tools to dominate a dynamic, high-growth market. With uncapped commission up to 40%, your earning potential is only limited by your drive.
The Role:
- Become a specialist in the UK & US FinTech market, building relationships with top-tier clients and candidates
- Advise clients on talent strategy and consult on high-value placements
- Source, attract, and engage brilliant talent for your clients
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to preparing candidates for interviews to closing deals
- Negotiate high-value placements and earn commission from day one

Who We Are Looking For:
- 2:1 in any degree
- Proven sales, business development, or target-driven experience
- Outstanding communicator and relationship-builder
- Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated
- Ambitious with a strong desire to progress quickly and earn big money

What is on Offer:
- £27,500 base salary + uncapped commission

Realistic on-track earnings:
- Year 1: £45k+
- Year 2: £45k–£60k+
- Year 3: £60k–£100k+
