Location: Romford, Essex
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

MedicsPro is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare recruitment team in Romford.
You will manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement, build relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, and develop a strong candidate pipeline within your specialist market.
This position would suit an agency recruiter who enjoys candidate generation, client management, negotiation and working towards clear commercial targets. Healthcare recruitment experience would be beneficial, but applications are also welcome from recruiters working in other staffing sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, referrals and direct approaches
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals
- Understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidates
- Developing existing client accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Negotiating pay and charge rates
- Coordinating candidate onboarding and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate candidate, client and booking records
- Working towards individual activity, booking and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous agency recruitment or directly relevant staffing experience
- Experience sourcing, screening and engaging candidates
- Strong candidate and client relationship-management skills
- Confidence making outbound calls and direct approaches
- Good sales, negotiation and problem-solving ability
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Healthcare recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
