Recruitment Consultant - Reed Lancaster
Location: Cameron House, 741 White Cross Business Park, Lancaster, LA1 4XQ
Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
The Opportunity
Reed Lancaster is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team, managing a growing permanent recruitment desk specialising in Business Support recruitment.
You'll recruit for a variety of office-based roles including administration, customer service, reception, and business support positions across Lancaster and the surrounding areas. With an established client base and opportunities to develop new business, you'll have a strong platform to grow your own market and build lasting client relationships.
This role also offers exciting future growth, with plans to expand into the non-qualified Legal market, creating the opportunity to broaden your specialism and further increase your earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing
Growing Your Client Base
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Winning new business through sales activity, networking, and referrals
- Understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Growing your market and building a profitable specialist desk
Finding and Engaging Talent
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Writing engaging job adverts and utilising multiple attraction strategies
- Building talent pipelines within the Business Support and future Legal markets
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities and managing placements through to completion
