Recruitment Consultant – Technology
Location: London | Work Mode: Hybrid
You’ve built the foundations. Now build what comes next. If you’ve spent the last few years learning recruitment properly, developing your sales skills, building relationships and proving what you can do, you may be starting to think about the next stage of your career.
More opportunity. More exposure. Bigger clients. A broader proposition to take to market. And a business that can support you as your ambitions grow.
That’s where Experis comes in. We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our London Technology team and develop their career within one of the world’s leading workforce organisations.
At Experis, you’re not limited to simply filling vacancies. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own specialist market, develop new client relationships and work with organisations ranging from fast-growth technology businesses through to major global enterprises.
And when the conversation becomes bigger than recruitment, our capability does too.
Experis can support clients across permanent and contract recruitment, international hiring, project and SOW solutions, Academy and reskilling and wider workforce solutions. It means our consultants can develop into genuine commercial partners to their clients and learn how to sell far beyond a traditional recruitment service.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who are we looking for?
This opportunity will particularly suit someone who has spent the last few years building their career within a recruitment business and is now ready for greater responsibility and progression. You’re likely to have:
- A strong grounding in agency recruitment
- Experience of 360 recruitment and business development
- Evidence of developing clients, a desk or a specialist market
- A track record of progression, increased responsibility or consistent performance
- Strong sales instincts and the confidence to create new conversations
- The ambition to keep developing rather than move away from the commercial side of recruitment
Above all, you’ll still have the hunger to win.
The satisfaction of opening a new account, converting a prospect into a client, developing a market and seeing the commercial results of your work should still matter to you.
Where could Experis take you?
Joining Experis gives you the support of a global organisation without putting a ceiling on where you can take your career.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
There are opportunities to progress through senior and principal consulting roles, develop major client accounts, move towards leadership or build deeper expertise within a specialist market.
And your career doesn’t necessarily have to stay in London.
Through ManpowerGroup, we have boots on the ground in more than 75 countries, creating opportunities to build an international network and, for those who want it, explore career opportunities in other markets around the world.
Whether your ambition is to become one of our top performers, build and lead a team, develop major strategic clients or take your career internationally, there is room to create a career path that works for you.
Why now?
Technology recruitment is changing quickly. AI is creating new markets, new skills and new ways for organisations to access talent. At the same time, clients increasingly want recruitment partners who can understand a broader business problem rather than simply respond to a vacancy.
We’re building our London team with that future in mind.
For an ambitious recruiter who has already built a strong foundation and is ready to see how far they can take it, this is an opportunity to join at an exciting point in that journey.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
