We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year of experience who already understands the 360 recruitment model and is ready to take their career to the next level at our Manchester HQ (M20 2LS), you’ll work across some of the most lucrative technology markets in the world, building relationships with senior professionals and organizations across some of the fastest-growing areas of the industry.
This isn't about starting from scratch. You already understand recruitment. You know how to manage candidates, build relationships, and work commercially. Now it's about becoming stronger in sales, building your own market, and growing your earning potential.

- Year 1: £41,000+ | Building your market

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your market and develop both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process, you will:
- Sell: Identify, develop, and win new business with organizations across your market.
- Network: Build your own community of technology professionals, hiring managers, and organizations within your specialist market.
- Own: Manage your desk from business development and candidate generation through to placement and account growth.
- Grow: Develop existing accounts while creating new commercial opportunities.
- Consult: Build trusted relationships with senior technology professionals and decision-makers.
- Specialize: Become a subject matter expert within your market, understanding salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and the talent landscape.

What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year of recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 environment, with exposure to both sales and talent.
- Mindset: Resilience, a "1% better every day" attitude, and a hunger for high performance.
- Skillset: Exceptional communication, relationship building, and the ability to influence.
- Commercial: A genuine interest in developing new business, growing client relationships, and building a successful desk.
