Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across a range of emerging technology sectors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates internationally
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer and placement
- Developing a strong understanding of your market(s) through research and continuous learning
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to share knowledge and best practice
- Representing the business professionally in all client and candidate interactions
- Contributing to a positive, team-driven office culture
Skills and Experience
- 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or similarly people-focused role
- A positive, confident, and professional manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in business, technology, and commercial environments
- Effort-driven with a "glass half full" attitude
- Humble, coachable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working from the office as part of a close-knit team
