Recruitment Consultant
Are you seeking a new challenge within a fast-paced recruitment role where every day is different? Do you pride yourself on delivering results always at the highest level? At Covent Garden Recruitment, we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. Covent Garden Recruitment is a long-established Recruitment Consultancy in the heart of London’s West End.
If you enjoy people contact and building strong business relationships, then this could be the right next step for you. We pride ourselves on our longstanding relationships with clients and candidates alike due to the high level of recruitment service we have maintained over many years.
Daily Tasks
- Screening candidates for suitability for permanent, temporary, and contract roles
- Business development, attend networking events, and meet clients face-to-face to grow your client portfolio
- Liaising with clients regularly to deliver an all-round recruitment service to the highest standard
- Writing adverts that match the debrief given by the clients
- Reviewing CVs on a daily basis to build your talented candidate pool

Requirements
- Fluency in English to native standard
- Sales-driven with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and clients
- Motivated, tenacious, and determined with a strong sense of urgency
- Goal-oriented and solutions-focused
- Strong IT skills
- Good fun to work with to fit in within our friendly and hard-working team
