Experience in temporary recruitment, ideally within education or a similar market, is preferred. We're looking for someone who understands the pace of a temporary desk, enjoys the commercial side of recruitment and is motivated by making placements and billing.
We're also open to people with an education background who are commercially minded, or candidates with strong sales/business development experience.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is friendly, driven, commercially focused and wants to succeed.

- Managing and developing an established warm desk
- Building relationships with schools and developing new business
- Building and managing a strong candidate talent pool
- Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates
- Advertising vacancies and marketing candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable roles
- Negotiating offers and managing placements
- Generating billings and working towards individual targets
- Growing your desk and maximising your earning potential

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
