Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Newcastle upon Tyne | £27,600 Base + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

At Tenth Revolution Group (TRG), we're looking for ambitious people to join our Newcastle team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Working in recruitment is not a typical office-based administration role, this is very much a sales career. You'll be responsible for the full 360 process, from building relationships, developing and winning new business and generating revenue.

We will provide you with world class training when you start, but what makes people successful are those that are hungry, resilient, motivated to work hard and achieve more!

  • Build relationships with companies looking to hire talent
  • Source and engage high-quality technology professionals
  • Advertise and market opportunities
  • Conduct candidate interviews
  • Win new business opportunities
  • Negotiate offers and contracts
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, sport, customer service or other fast-paced environments is advantageous, but not essential.
