Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer

About us

Network Talent partners with some of the most exciting brands in the software sector, helping them build high-performing B2B sales teams across the UK, US and Europe.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across a range of sales positions.

Alongside recruitment, you will provide general administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, alongside the flexibility to work remotely and work flexible hours. The role requires attendance at our Surrey office once every fortnight.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, our CRM database, referrals and other relevant channels
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, to identify suitable sales talent
  • Write and publish engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality sales candidates
  • Support the growth of the Network Talent brand across social media channels
  • Assist the sales team with CRM and database administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information within the CRM system
  • Create targeted candidate lists for the sales team as required
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing invoices, customer presentations and emails
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Network Talent website

What we need from you

  • 3+ years Recruitment experience
  • An understanding of sales recruitment or the tech, SaaS and software sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Well organised, likeable & coachable
  • A strong command of spelling, grammar, and writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commutable to Surrey once per fortnight
