Junior Recruitment Consultant – IT Contract Recruitment
Shoreditch | 3 days office / 2 days WFH | 12 months - 2 years’ recruitment experience
You’ve got recruitment experience. You know how to speak to candidates, manage processes and work to targets. But maybe you’ve never had the training, coaching or environment to really develop your career.
Red is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with around 12 months - 2 years’ experience to join one of our highest-billing IT Contract divisions.
And here’s the important bit: You don’t need IT recruitment experience. We’ll teach you.
Coming from Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Commercial or another professional services recruitment background? Your recruitment skills are transferable. We’ll give you the market knowledge, sales skills and technical understanding to build a successful career in IT Contract recruitment.

We’ll teach you everything. You’ll go through our Fast Track Sales Training Programme, where we teach you how to develop business, build client relationships and succeed in a 180° sales environment.

- Prospecting and generating new business
