At Alexander Lloyd, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially-minded recruiter to join our established HR recruitment team, specialising in permanent and interim HR appointments across the South East.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our HR team, you’ll:
- Build and develop relationships with HR professionals and hiring HR leaders across the South East.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to onboarding.
- Source, assess and engage high-quality HR talent across medium to senior levels.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and market-focused activities.
- Become a trusted advisor within your specialist HR niche.
About You
We’re interested in speaking to recruiters who:
- Have a proven track record within agency recruitment.
- Are confident developing and managing client relationships, and thrive on face to face meetings.
- Enjoy working in a specialist, consultative environment, and are happy to work on a hybrid basis 50:50.
- Have excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Are motivated by achieving results and building long-term success.
