Associate Recruitment Consultant

London | £30,000 Basic Salary + Commission & Bonuses

Want a career where your ambition directly impacts your success? Forget the idea of a job where you wait years for your next promotion or pay rise. At LHI Group, we're looking for ambitious, driven and competitive individuals to join our London team as Associate Recruitment Consultants.

Recruitment is one of the few careers where you can build a serious career, develop high-value commercial skills, work with senior professionals and businesses, and have your earnings and progression directly linked to your performance.

The harder you work. The better you get. The more you achieve. The more you earn.

And we're here to help you do exactly that.

Why LHI Group?

You're not joining a business that is figuring things out as it goes. You're joining a recruitment company with a strong reputation and established market expertise, giving you the platform, knowledge and environment to build a genuinely successful career. From day one, you'll be surrounded by people who understand what it takes to succeed. You'll receive structured training, ongoing development and the support you need to become a confident recruitment professional.

But this isn't a role where you'll be sitting quietly behind a desk processing CVs all day.

You'll be building relationships. You'll be speaking to decision-makers. You'll be developing your own network. You'll be influencing careers and businesses. You'll be winning opportunities. And you'll be rewarded for the results you deliver.

What does a Recruitment Consultant actually do?

You'll become the link between ambitious professionals and businesses looking to hire the best talent in their market. Your day-to-day will involve:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
